Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rafflestub.com (the "Service"), operated by Objects of E LLC ("RaffleStub," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RaffleStub is a digital ticketing and administration tool for organizers running their own raffles. RaffleStub does not organize, sponsor, or operate any raffle, does not collect or hold any money paid by raffle entrants, and is not a party to any raffle conducted using the Service.

2. Your responsibilities

As an organizer, you are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing raffles, sweepstakes, and games of chance in your jurisdiction, including any licensing or registration requirements
• Collecting and safeguarding any funds paid by entrants — RaffleStub never touches this money
• The accuracy of information you provide about your event and prizes
• Conducting a fair drawing and honoring the outcome

3. Fees

Your first event is free (up to 50 tickets). Additional events are billed a flat fee as shown in the Service at the time of purchase, or covered by prepaid credits purchased in advance. All fees are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account, including any staff you invite to help run an event.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful raffle, to collect information from entrants beyond what you disclose to them, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. RaffleStub is not responsible for disputes between organizers and entrants, or for an organizer's non-compliance with applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaffleStub's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
