RaffleStub (rafflestub.com, the "Service") is operated by Objects of E LLC ("RaffleStub," "we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, and either a securely hashed password or, if you use "Sign in with Google," the email and basic profile information Google shares with us.
• Event information: details you enter about an event you organize (name, prize description, entry price, rules or sponsor text you choose to display).
• Entrant information: if you choose to collect it for an event, information about the people you issue tickets to (name, contact info, or mailing address) — only what you configure the event to collect.
• Payment information: when you pay RaffleStub's service fee or purchase raffle credits, your payment is processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your card number.
• Technical information: standard data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

2. What we don't collect

RaffleStub does not process, collect, or store money paid by raffle entrants for tickets. That money is collected in person, in cash, by the event organizer — RaffleStub is a ticketing and administration tool only, not a payment processor for raffle entries.

3. How we use information

• To operate your account and the events you create
• To send transactional email — verification links, password resets, and event-related notices
• To process payment for RaffleStub's own service fees, via Stripe
• To maintain and secure the Service

4. Sharing

We share information with the following providers, only as needed to operate the Service:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for RaffleStub's service fees
• Google LLC — if you choose "Sign in with Google"
• Hostinger — our hosting and database provider

We do not sell personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain account and event data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes.

6. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us at support@rafflestub.com.

7. Children

RaffleStub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
